Each item goes into production after you place your order — printing, cutting, assembly and quality check for every single piece. Please allow 3–7 business days of production time before your order ships.
Designed by Experts — No Preview Needed
We don't send preview images before production. Instead, your photos are handled by our professional designers with 13 years of experience in custom acrylic gifts — layout, cropping and color are optimized to print perfectly. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to the United States and the United Kingdom only.
Customs & Import Duties
Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are set by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over them and cannot predict their amount.
Where Your Order Ships From
Every order is produced and shipped from our production facility in China. Each parcel ships with end-to-end tracking and travels by international tracked airmail to your local postal carrier for final delivery.
Order Issues
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or lost in transit, contact us via the contact page within 30 days of purchase with your order number — we will work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
