30-Day Return Window

You may return your animeholo™ 3D Hologram Fan within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included.

How to Start a Return

contact us through the chat box on our FAQ page with your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping is free, so no shipping charge will be deducted for standard returns.

1-Month Warranty

Your fan is covered by a 1-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your unit malfunctions within this period, contact us and we will send a replacement free of charge.

Non-Returnable Cases

Damage caused by misuse, drops, water exposure or unauthorized repairs is not covered by returns or warranty.
